These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website owca.tech and mobile applications ("Services") operated by OWCA TECH, UNIPESSOAL LDA ("OWCA Tech", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our mobile applications are made available for download through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of these applications is also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform.

4. In-App Purchases

Some of our applications may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the respective platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and conditions.

• All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Refund requests must be directed to the respective platform (Apple or Google) through their standard refund process.
• We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information.
• Prices are displayed in the application and may vary by region.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OWCA Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
